Chef Aaron

Aaron Rayor was brought into the fold as Rise + Roam’s executive chef at the restaurants inception after becoming known pizzas and pastas at Carmel’s Cantinetta Luca. Rayor’s resume also includes stints at notable national hotspots, including Bestia in Los Angeles which is considered by many food critics to be one of the most cutting edge Italian restaurants in LA. Prior to Bestia, Rayor worked at Salt’s Cure and Dan Barber’s famous  Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York. Rayor was educated at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He also has a baking and pastry diploma from the Art Institute in Orange County, CA.
